Don’t think eating anything is weird. Shark just isn’t odee available in the states. I ate shark in Japan.

Fresh octopus throw me off

Tastes really good tho surprisingly, naturally salty and the embryo fluid is like soup pretty much. Only downside is theres some soft bones and early feathers u gotta watch out for
