It’s part of an occasional diet from my mom’s tribe, so when we visited I had it in one of my dishes, it was pretty good

I think cow feet/hooves soup. Really tasty tbh, felt like a hearty soup that raised my body’s temperature immediately. Still have it from time to time.

Also my mom can cook & eat a goat’s brain with no remorse she so metal metal
