I just looked all this up. But we’re supposed to believe music sxn and your Twitter feed?
he’s trolling, don’t bother
It’s a bad album honestly
But it’s no where as bad as CLB and Honestly Nevermind
Those are 2 of the worst albums ever crafted in the history of music

Bro said “go look at the first page of the post on that thread”
Random niggas that live two neighborhoods away from a canal talking about the streets
how is this thread still going man
The mods are bias lol one of them being a Drake Stan doesn’t make it better. I remember when people were clowning on HN sales, those threads were getting locked super fast. Lmao but let Kenny hate/bait threads stay open.
Yea. We're in the streaming era. You can listen to any song you want at a whim at any time. The industry is saturated af. If you want your album to stand the test of time, it has to be extra special. It has to stand out against every other thing being released, and it better f***ing BECKON to be heard again.
Easy listening is a key component of replay value. Theres a reason most hit songs are simple. Easy to listen to, easy to sing along with. These are qualities that get songs stuck in people's heads.
This is the modern industry, like it or not. I love that Mr. Morale had deep cuts on it. I hate that most albums these days are just a compilation of hit single attempts. But the proof is in the pudding. The masses didn't respond well to this album, and there's a reason for it.
“The masses didn’t respond well to this album” it was one of the most celebrated hiphop albums of the year lmao. Ktt isn’t the general population. Kenny selling out shows, selling well and getting praise for the album.

projection kept dropping every day cause less and less people were playing it thats why its second week sales were lower than albums that had lower first week. hype was there but he didn't deliver
So hilarious niggas be focusing on s*** they don't like. You don't f*** with this album but want to make a thread to tell people you don't like it.
I am not afraid to say i very much enjoyed that album and it is in rotation still to this day :)
I don't get the hate for it tbh. Its not my favorite Kendrick project but it's still a 9/10 for me.
I honestly just think it's Drake Stan's hating. If it came and went people should stop talking about it lol

Only sold well because of the 5 year wait. When people realized it was boring numbers quickly declined

9/10?
not even a hater but that just sounds really biased. And yes it’s mostly just Stan’s in here now
