A lot of rappers/singers need to stop criticizing their music because there is always someone in the world who will like it.
You’re your own worst critic
facts. Only said this because some people will call Ice Spice/Sexyy Redd wack but the world says they are stars.
they need to be more self conscious w the current state of music
if we’re keeping it a buck
i be listening to some of the local artists around me and i can’t believe some of the s*** these niggas be putting out and promoting out here
main reason why lots of artists nowadays release what they think everyone wants, people that love music would rather artist drop records without giving no f***s what the population thinks

we've lost so much potentially great music bc people are so eager to post the first draft of their song
making great music is an iterative process and actually interesting to see that die more and more as it's easier to just publish music with no one's input
I respect that coi leray is not self conscious of having a body like a 12 year old boy

Nah,thats one of raps biggest problems today, motherfuckers too self concious. Drake is the poster child for this,he is the king of being self concious of his image.

facts who are we to say someone music is not good. The world chooses who blows and who doesn't. I said this because I be on music review channels online and I see how folks say this song is wack this is good/etc. Most don't even know someone played Juice WRLD Lucid Dreams on no jumper before he became famous. No one screamed and said this is a star. I bet majority of the commentators said he a UZI clone but look at him now he became a great musician. Musicians need to stop being self conscious and drop.

ong, i know for a fact plenty of musicians, and even producers are sitting on gems but are just too afraid to share with the world
I think it's because if you put out something bad now, you get a million needles hurled your way in real time, people engage more with negative than positive content
I genuinely think social media reaction is a big reason why Chance hasn't dropped an album in years, don't get me wrong, The Big Day was ASS, but that level of hate would drive anyone insane, someone creates a catchy enough soundbite, 'I love my wife', and that's all your work is, social media does not reward positive responses to art

I said what I said
You ain't lie but I don't think that fits this kinda discussion
