And i try to stress this to people all the time, listen to music with some substance bro. Music is one of the main things that feeds into our energy but nobody ever takes that in consideration with what they listen to.

When I feel like I have too much screen time and it’s not me watching a show or movie just mindlessly scrolling through apps and sites and I need to be more productive I’ll delete the apps so even if I go back to it, I have to do the extra step of re downloading and if I were addicted to this place I’d log out. But yeah having a clear head also sets reality back in

I feel like my biggest problem is that I’m using the scrolling and s*** to like stimulate my brain so I don’t get worried about s***, like I just made a mistake in work today that cost a lot of people extra time to fix, so everytime I panic about it I just scroll Twitter for like 15mins, the switch to podcast, then switch back to Twitter until the feelings are like neutered
