    Today was better, only 15mins on Twitter and an hour of YouTube, compared to tuesday which was like 4 hours YouTube and 2hours Twitter.

    I freaked the f*** out multiple times today about stuff but I’ve been trying to be present in the moment when I start feeling like that, just went for a walk on my lunch break and looked at stuff around me.
