situations like these are very tough to handle. best you can do is love your dad the only way you know how and find ways to respectfully tell him you’d rather not hear his views.

it’s obvious he doesn’t like what you have to hear and you sound grown enough to be able to say “listen agree to disagree but don’t bring that to me”

look i’m black but i don’t ur dad is a nazi. he’s lost and i’m not sure if he can come back tho. some days it feels like my dad is lost too in his own conspiracies and what not. but i still love that man for raising and taking care of me. i’ve learned to understand why he’s slipped out of reality and although it doesn’t excuse a lot of the bullshit, it makes it easier on my conscience.

don’t make excuses for him, but that’s his life. you gotta let him live it. hopefully he’ll learn better. he still got time. if he don’t, then that’s not on you bro.
