mr get doughBeen having this problem for months, its a decent sized dog thats sort of aggressive in a neighborhood of lots of kids and old people so its really irresponsible of him to let the dog loose honestly and on top of that the dog gets in our garbage a lot and makes a mess
I barely ever see my neighbor, hes rarely home and when I do he doesnt speak english very well and is really rude
What should I do
next time you see that dog loose, attack it. have a knife with you just in case punching and kicking it doesn't work.
