You have to apply for the extension.

You should be able to apply on the website if not you have to call you Department of Labor/Jobs and Family Services which might be hard and you gonna be on hold for a long time but that's your best bet.

I'm curious about this, too. I ran out of weeks in December and it closed my case when I did. But now we have an extension to March 2021, but my case is still closed.

OP i'd say wait till end of January if you can and if nothing shaking by then, then it might be that time.

i was told tho by someone on the phone from UI that if u keep certifying they'll probably backpay u eventually.
