I have no clue how far you are in your Piano development but those polyrhythms during the pentatonic scale aren't that bad if you verbalise the rhythm

surprised how easy it was. I was intimidated asf, took a few days to just listen close to the piece, and then somehow brute forced it in like an hr. Just had to rlly sit down and take that leap. So worth it tho I feel like im floating when I play that part lol
