Honestly I get the impression they wanted to get it over with, especially since Netflix loves canceling/ ending shows after 3 seasons.
Not to mention they’re drawing closer to people that are currently still in power and whatnot.

I'm surprised they never bothered to turn this into an anthology series a la ACS/True Detective
Each 'era' focuses on different bosses/jefes and their rises/falls. Would be cool seeing as the show was so unique
