A glimpse at Sarada's new design for those that haven't seen

In manga the story got really good especially the last few chapters but now its been on a break and the first chapter of the timeskip is coming out in less than two weeks

There isnt that many chapters anyways, everything after Isshiki fight is worth reading imo especially now since its all out, you wont feel the pacing issues as much when there were a few slower chapters and you had to wait a month until the next one, reading it all in one go is way better

The anime will always be filler hell though just cause of the monthly manga schedule, manga canon episodes go hard but everything else was mid asf

The anime is unfortunately a bad adaptation with filler for several years because the manga is slow but the manga is great despite being a monthly release. Both have been on a break to build up for the time skip but the anime is still not there yet. Hopefully it can be good finally. And I suppose people don’t know this but Kishi is writing the story (not drawing though). He started around Isshiki invasion and first thing he did taking over was killing kurama, baryon mode, and taking Sasuke’s eye.

I’m finally watching Boruto and I can’t help but think the Time Slip Arc was so similar to the Cell saga especially at the very end with Naruto and Boruto doing a father-son rasengan against an opposing enemy blast and then Sauske hitting him with a blast from the side to overcome the beam struggle

Well, it would’ve been weird to just jump to them as adults with no buildup. But honestly the last like 20-30 chapters have all been good. The anime sucks, which gives it a bad rap. They need to give it a JJK / Demon Slayer type schedule instead of constant releases tbh

I was just having an argument with a friend about how Obito is a terribly written character. It's crazy to me how many people have flipped and tried to justify the mess of a character that is Obito. I still remember the discussions when the manga was releasing, the consensus was that he sucked. He was cool when he was just the masked man or "Tobi". After the mask came off, the character was ruined

Love how I finished the anime and then jumped to the two blue vortex completely missing about 8 chapters that basically change the entirety of the story I was confused as f*** lmao

When Naruto became the Sasuke show for a bit it was still good imo. S*** falls off in quality during the war imo

U right. I forgot the 5 kage summit arc was after Pain. Yeah that was pretty fun

It looks like they finally understood this and will be doing seasonal releases now since anime isnt coming back this year anymore

They should just do arc by arc or 2 arcs at a time
