This album easily my AOTY at this point.

There’s really only one track I don’t love and that’s 40 Side just because I don’t love the hook or the beat.

I don’t think it’s terrible, just not as good as the rest of the songs.

I f***ing loved KD1, that was my fav project of the year. I knew that he can top it easily though and he did.

Just feels like he’s rapping his ass off on this. This gonna be really hard to top

I listened to that song again actually the other day.

I do like it but even that song, I feel like Nas’s flow almost forces him to sacrifice wordplay if that makes sense. It’s like the flow is too slow and it requires him to use less words and I think it f***s with his wordplay and stuff. Still a good song but in comparison to a lot of his more recent stuff it falls so flat to me.

I kind of get why ppl had issues with Nasir. We’ve talked about it before, but I think a lot of it’s issues just has to do with Tyne production not matching Nas’s style.

Ppl really don't fw Hit Boy's verse? He slid nicely, great beat too

I think it’s probably the weakest verse on the album but I think it was pretty good overall

I just love how active Nas is with putting out projects nowadays. After "Life Is Good", he kinda slowed down a little bit for a couple years. I'm glad that it looks like he found his mojo again and tapped into his 2nd prime.
