Fever
Best goes already hard
That big age you rap, you did your big one
My favorite era from you gotta be this one
The sample on I Love This Feeling
That‘s why HE‘S THE GOAT
Nas one of the legends I still need to go through the discog of. I’ve only heard Illmatic & Stillmatic
1800 is beautiful, the closing credits to the whole run
I have my criticisms over their run mostly on hit's part, but can't be deny he lit a fire under nas and got him back in form, even if the beats haven't always been great this the most consistent nas beat selection has been in his career
Please rate the Album

Maybe a dumb question but are the people in each based on a true story related or just two seperate stories?
Another fantastic album, Based on true events pt 2
Nas is the greatest storytelling rapper of all times
Seeing a lot of dog s*** takes on here whole album elevated af
ktt does this weird hate with nas and hit boy for some reason
This might be a weird complaint but I wonder where Hit-Boy gets his samples from because everytime he uses a soul sample it sounds like he ripped it off YouTube at 128kbs or something
What put it above the rest for you?
No skips on this one at all which although I love Nas is very rare for him usually his albums have at least one, on these other hit boy albums closer to 2-4
No more sleepy time beats from hit boy, he heard the haters and came back on a vengance
Unique production with drums and presence and energy
Best mixing he's had in years
Fast flow Nas which 9/10 is better
Subject matter deeper than the stale basic financial 'gems' rap he was on KD3 and other recent projects
Although Magic 1 was close this was the first time it felt like listening to Prime Nas for a whole album since God's Son/Stillmatic
He didn't make pandering trap tracks or look for 'hey kids' features (although I've enjoyed some of those tracks on KD1,2), this is the pure hip hop Nas we fell in love with
Clears Magic 2 easily, 15 tracks of high quality beats Magic's 7,
Clears KD3's sleepy energy in the first 4 tracks
More consistent and no dodgy features dragging it down vs KD 1+2
NASIR? lol
Better than Lost Tapes 2
Life Is Good way too many skips
I could keep going until God's Son or possibly Stillmatic
This is a special album.

It is a weird complaint, Illmatic beats were made at like 8 bit sample rate
I still need to listen to 2

Yeah but I feel like old samplers added some texture to it because sonically the beats on illmatic are different than modern hit boy beats lol
I love the album and hit boys production but sometimes I feel like his boom bap stuff really lacks the crispness
