Yeah lmao, so tired of discussing Nasir tbh
Great albim I love it the beats are amazing the lyrics are good and the rapping is really not as bad as everyone says it is its actually very good
I'll just give my thoughts on NASIR real quick like I have a few other times in the past. It's by far Nas worst album, but I don't blame Nas for it, I blame Kanye for it. NASIR sounds like a Kanye project, not a Nas project. And it also seemed like Kanye didn't give Nas a lot of time to even work on the album, you can tell it was rushed, and I blame that on Kanye as well.
As far as i'm concerned, King's Disease is the REAL comeback album from Nas since Life Is Good in 2012, not NASIR.

True, although I don't think it's his worst, and enjoyed it quite a bit.

Just curious, what do you think is Nas worst project?
Cops Shot the Kid is a great song. I'm finna pause my show just to run that real quick.
I felt this way until I heard Kings Disease and realized how good a Nas album should sound
I agree. Definitely not a classic but, back in 2018, people were acting like it was Revival status because of the reviews and the fact that it came out in a time where both Nas and Ye were facing a lot of controversy(MAGA and Kelis allegations)
But it was one of the better albums of 2018, screw what the critics say.
Only thing is that neither Nas or Kanye brought their A Game on the record so it doesn't really stand out compared to their other works.

tbh it's fair to debate who has had the better run later on in their career Jay or Nas?
4:44 vs. Kings Disease
Everything is Love vs. Nasir
tbh im going with Nas but 4:44 is a classic imo
