Man Uncharted is the last thing they should be working on . Was great for its time and they accomplished what they wanted to with it. Plus they already topped it with The Last of Us. Crash bandicoot type beat . Let them cook with a new ip.

Disagree with them abandoning Crash. I think Uncharted should be dine. But i think they should definitely have at least one or 2 more stylized series like Crash and Jak that they can release in between their bigger games like TLOU and Intergalactic.

Porsche 984 Tempest NDX

The Porsche 984 was a concept car from the 80’s that was supposed to be a new entry level car in the Porsche brand that was likely to hit performance levels that would later essentially be reproduced by the beloved first generation Mazda Miata introduced in 1989. A super lightweight roadster convertible with seating for 2 putting, engine mounted in the rear, with a modest 150 hp to the rear wheels and a 0-60 time of 8 seconds. The stock market crash of ‘87 derailed production and it never came to fruition but a lot of the lessons learned would later be incorporated into the Porsche Boxster, their first “entry level” 2 seater convertible.

Now here’s me going off with a personal theory. “Tempest” is the name of my favorite Shakespeare play called The Tempest that’s main themes involve magic, betrayal, revenge, love, and a lot of plotting, and is set on a deserted island. Prospero is a former duke and wizard on the island living in exile with his daughter Miranda, and two servants: Caliban (a monster), and Ariel (a spirit).

Feel free to read a plot summary but it’s classic Shakespeare that deserves more popularity. In the first act, Prospero notices his brother is sailing nearby and conjures a storm to shipwreck it on his island. In the end Próspero frees Ariel from his service, he forgives his brother, reclaims his title as Duke, and they all finally leave the island.

Interestingly, in the 80’s there was a sci-fi play adaptation called RETURN TO THE FORBIDDEN PLANET, which was based on a film called Forbidden Planet which was based on the tempest. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Return_to_the_Forbidden_Planet

Act 1 involves the ship getting caught in a meteor shower and ends up on the nearby planet. It also involves a robot named Ariel.

Based on the trailer this all sounds kinda familiar considering she’s pulling up to a dangerous planet to find a guy who’s on the run and hiding there “in exile,” and we see a broken up moon which could very well be something she flies through and damages her ship.

Not sure if I’m just reading into it too much or what, but I’m intrigued
