Factions last of us 1 was cool but we just wanted a mode . Taking 3 years to realize they out of their league

all the had to do was factions 2 couldve been so simple

They could just build on the Factions 1's addictive gameplay loop and added some TLOU2 elements that would enhance that experience (ie: better level verticality, prone mechanic, animation matching tech, etc.) and called it a day.

How I see it, too much money is sunk into this that it won’t be a tacked on mode to a game. And Sony didn’t cancel it.. it may eventually come out, but they seem to be going back to the drawing board with this one… and prob scrap a lot of s*** and make it less ambitious before bringing a team back to work on it
