the forward pass? I don't think that was a bad call. he may have taken a step and I don't think he really had control of the ball personally
No the pass the tight end caught over the middle and took 3 steps with when we knocked it loose
game
They can't get all 6 in the playoffs right
1 big ten
1 big 12
1 G5
1 acc
Maybe they can
My biggest thing with the Tenn offense, even when it was killing it a couple years ago, is that everything is hashes
I think you gotta have some presence over the middle for matchups like these
it's gonna be hard for Penn St in this format, with them not having rivalries with any of the programs of value in the conference. I don't think they really have the future schedule format in stone, but if they do some version of that flex protect idea, PSU still doesn't have a rival in any of the pac 12 squads. They may want to give them USC, but USC has Oregon and Washington, and Ohio State would be a much bigger money maker if it's just pair "pair USC with as big a name brand as possible".
Doesn't help that the Big 10 can have good teams that simply don't get valued by ESPN/CFP the same way the SEC does. Like the SEC is obviously better this year, but I feel like its got alot more meat to it than some would let on
Big 12 and ACC may as well go f*** themselves lol
Miami was obv a paper tiger with how dog s*** that defense was, but I feel like they got alot less respect than LSU before Bama exposed them as complete bullshit artists. Then you got Texas with...escaping Vanderbilt as their best win? And a home loss where they got smacked up by UGA? Them niggas are treated like teflon
it's kinda nasty
This has to be the most wild CFB season in forever (outside of Oregon), right?
So many upsets today

I hate the SEC bias but without poll inertia Penn State wouldn't be sniffing the top 10 in the AP or CFP

Let’s look at 12 blind resumes then. Eliminate the sec bias

Not only is eliminating SEC bias impossible because of how influential Sankey and ESPN are, but this also is a legitimately strong year for them in terms of good wins
I'm not buying the usual argument of "they overrank SEC teams so when they play each other it looks like a good win and a good loss" because I think the other conferences are noticeably weak
Like I'd take every single one of the 10-2 SEC teams over Miami and probably over Penn State as well on a neutral field. Won't always be the case, but it 100% is this year

I don’t see how it’s not gonna be 5 or 6 sec teams.

It definitely is
The thing that sucks is that there may be a team that makes it to the SECCG with 2 losses, loses and finishes with 3, and misses the playoff because of it while the other 2 loss teams get in. I think that's pretty broken

I think both teams in sec ship will make playoff no matter what
