Idk, I think if they went to 9 they would need even more weight put on their consideration for the playoffs. And now with a 12 team format, why put ourselves in the position to have another loss on our record when our league is still so strong. Like Ole Miss’ schedule is hard enough, I think Sankey is thinking this quality will only improve every year with OU and UT coming.

Another loss is less meaningful in a 12 team format. It literally would add to the SEC seeds.

And tbh it’s like 3 top heavyweights in the SEC and then a bunch of average programs. Which shouldn’t be the case with how they recruit. The loudest “S-E-C” hardos are usually fans of meaningless schools.

Theoretically, but those committee members would just discount based on the added loss in the column and not look at the context of who they play week in week out.

This is the same committee that has pushed for more SEC representation at almost every end of year ranking.

It changes yearly. A lil LSU/Auburn/Florida/Tennessee.

It’s a rotational school that gets hot one year and then falls off.

Hopefully Georgia and Alabama take it back to the 2000s and rejoin that classification soon

Game of football was better when the SECW came down to Auburn and LSU every year and the SECE didn’t matter

    Never mind

I ended up making through past Mississippi. If we didn’t have the baby we probably would have drove all the way home.

Atlanta may have the worst drivers I have ever encountered next to NYC.

Jackson Mississippi has the worst part of I20. Never seen so many potholes on an interstate.

There’s that part in Atlanta where you’re coming up I16 to I75 from Macon and the sign for I20 is all the way on the left on like a 5 wide north bound lane. Well, the exit is only 2 miles out when it first tells you and it ends up being on the right side. So everyone who’s on the left expecting the exit on that side has to go clear to the right which causes a f*** ton of congestion.

My mama mercedes suv had a whole tire sensor detach from a pothole coming to gulfport lol. Mississippi def isnt the greatest spot to drive through

  • Oh now Nick Saban wants to create a pay structure for players
