@ Penn State is a more difficult game than anything on that SEC schedule

Yeah, and they have 8 weeks of gimmies to prepare for it lol. It’s not even some SEC s***, their schedule is bad compared to many PAC12 teams
Michigan had one of the best transfer classes in the country, only one (imo) that definitely has them beat is Colorado
I think they'd be a TD favorite against Alabama on a neutral field
Rated #17 on 24/7 for 2023 transfer. I'd truly put Alabama +6 neutral field at the end of the year. Right now, if they played week 1, I think it would be a pick em.
I like Michigan, not trying to go on a big hate fest. I just think they're the severe overrate for 2023.

Alabama doesn't even have a starting QB dude

It will probably be Buchner, but their run game will be the monster it used to be.

There are a bunch of gimmies on that SEC schedule too, the only knock you can really have on Michigan's schedule is their OOC which is obviously embarrassingly bad

Alabama is tough to predict bc they’ll likely end up playing the same type of meandering offense that UM usually looks incredible against (unless you just have way more talent like Georgia a couple years ago)
I think LSU would be a way bigger threat to them than Alabama
South Carolina, @ Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and Abilene Christian before playing @ LSU (toughest game on that schedule) isn't exactly difficult

There isn't a damn soul in CFB scared of a Tyler Buchner led Alabama offense
If he's their starting QB they won't even make it to their conference championship game much less a potential matchup with Michigan

More than anything, I am predicting the games (that I singled out as being hard) to be harder because they are more routine. Like you don’t get half a season to prepare for just one of em
Their schedule as is, stiffest part is like Purdue, MSU and Penn State within about 4 weeks. That’s not great

? USC’s offense thoroughly outplayed UTks with Hooker and did a great job against CU’s D. I heard they’re better but they’re at least more talented than they were last year with Beamer’s recruiting
Ole Miss is a hard game to prepare for anyone

Alabama doesn't need a Bryce or Tua to be a championship team. Their Run game, OL, and total defense is super elite, we know that. If they get consistent WR play and an efficient guy throwing the ball. They'll be in Atlanta and likely in the playoffs.

I'm not buying Ole Miss as a "hard game to prepare for" in 2023 they lost 5 games last year
And South Carolina is fool's gold, just because they shredded Tennessee's horrible defense doesn't mean they're good again all of the sudden

Plus you have Miss State with a veteran QB, that's tough to deal with a week after going to Oxford and then playing Carolina and then going to Knoxville and all of that after playing Bama. This schedule is a nightmare for any team.

Except their OL and defense were not good last year at all

buchner to alabama really makes no sense on all levels still
he wasnt good enough for a ND program thats in a transitional period hes gonna get cooked in the SEC

Yeah I really don't get it at all
I thought they were higher on Milroe, completely ignoring why Ty wanted to go there I don't know why they brought him in

Tommy Rees is why he left. Saban allowing a QB in is calculated to me.
Nobody can convince me an Alabama offense with Tyler Buchner throwing to a bunch of bad receivers and Jase McClellan/Roydell Williams running behind a middle of the pack OL is going to be good
What does Michigan go with this schedule?
8-4
Tommy Rees is why he left. Saban allowing a QB in is calculated to me.
he left because ND was bringing hartman in because buchner wasn’t good enough
rees is why he went to bama but he was gone even if tommy stayed
I'm like the only person down on Michigan this year. I don't think they have reloaded as well as they needed to. They've sort of maintained over the last two years. Against Bama I don't think they'd hang. Tennessee would be more even.
What did they need to reload on? I feel like we’re better than last year and kept the OL with ridiculous transfers.
It’s not your gmas B10, but I think the offenses in the SEC are still miles ahead schematically
Having to scheme for Auburn, OM, UAT (talent more than scheme), UTk and LSU is tough
Can they stop a run game? Because Alabama for a decade ran through the SEC with a running game and some white guy at QB.
Yeah, and they have 8 weeks of gimmies to prepare for it lol. It’s not even some SEC s***, their schedule is bad compared to many PAC12 teams
It’s bad because ND is on some b**** s***. We are used to playing them early on often and then they ran to the ACC. The new B1G will be a lot busier thank god.
