Try hitting the dermatologist @op you need to know what kind of skin you’ve got before any routines.

Curology worked wonders for me but I know it dont work for everyone

If they still got the free trial you should try that op

I was on it for about a year, stopped in September and my acne been WAY better since. It wont permanently cure you like acutane but it seemed like that was working way better than any other face cream i tried

Imma tell you rn stop using all those products, all that acne face wash with those harsh acid. These are what changed my life:

    1. Buy a pack of pillowcases off amazon and change your pillowcases every 3/4 days
    2. Just use water and a cloth for a month, let your skin calm tf down stop all them harsh products. Find a good moisturizer that’s light and you’re good in terms of dryness.
    3. Cut dairy out as much as you can that means Ice cream, pizza, etc. Switch the cow milk for almond milk, you can use almond Milk w everything (you get used to it and there’s many blessed types) obv this is hard and I give in but I’m way more conscious of this
    4. Never pop cystic pimples let it drain and come to head naturally, luckily for you were in a pandemic so you ain’t for nowhere to go. Let all them pimples comes to head by themselves if you pop them you’re just aggravating it and it’ll come back trust.
    5. Drink bare water and eat green s*** (smoothies are the best method make a quick spinach kale honey banana blueberry vegan protein shake in the morning so good and healthy as s***)
    6. Diet bro just eat cleanly as with as much home cooked food as you can

I guarantee you in two months you’ll see a change

TDLR: basically avoid all those bullshit products(creams, washes etc) they ruin your skin chemistry

Well there you go. Advice above my comment is great. Cutting out or limiting dairy and meat for like 2 mos to see how your body reacts would be my first suggestion. Definitely quit doing so much to your skin. The more products and s*** you use the more you make your skin go You gotta quit giving your body trash fuel that causes these issues and then let your face naturally balance the oils. Chemical exfoliating should never be done more than once a week. Water and gentle scrubbing with a washcloth will be plenty good, once or twice a day. coconut oil is good for moisturizing as well. And Stay well hydrated too.

I know you're gonna balk at the diet but it's so key man. Cannot stress that enough.

    SILK PILLOW CASES‼️

  • Dec 24, 2020

I had bad acne until I was 20. What I used was Face wash with salicylic acid to open pores and benzoyl peroxide to kill bacteria, then moisturizer because benzoyl peroxide can dry out skin.

how often u wash / change your pillow + bed sheets

  • Dec 24, 2020

Just gonna copy and paste some stuff from a website that a lot of healthcare providers use for up to date medical information (the website is called UpToDate if you care lol):

Utilize gentle skin cleansers rather than soaps or scrubs – Gentle skin cleansers (ie, synthetic detergent [syndet] cleansers) possess a pH of 5.5 to 7, which is close to normal skin pH, while soap has a pH of 9 to 10. The lower pH of syndets minimizes skin irritation and dryness.

Avoid aggressive scrubbing of the skin – Gentle massage with the fingertips is sufficient for cleansing. Repetitive mechanical trauma may aggravate inflammatory acne and promote the development of new acne lesions.

Select noncomedogenic skin care and cosmetic products – Selection of products with labeling that indicates "noncomedogenic" properties or a lower tendency to "block pores" may be helpful, although such labeling is not regulated and may not always be accurate.

Avoid picking of acne lesions – Additional skin trauma resulting from picking acne lesions may exacerbate scarring.

This s*** is f***ing horrid, I wash and exfoliate my face everyday and it doesn't get better im tired of looking like a genital herpes patient in the face
Any natural things I can do to fix this?

There are many effective treatment options available for acne. There are antibiotics, laser treatment, and also isotretinoine (accutane). I would consult your family doctor and then he may refer you to a dermatologist.
