Was listening to some of the hits from this era and it almost felt like a second 80’s. Tbh it should’ve been a whole decade. Like imagine the swag era went all the way to 2019 and THEN we start the whole SoundCloud era and tik tok with the 2020’s…..we grew up too fast

I know they’re retired, but I never hear about how Klaxons had some absolute bangers.. Man I wish they had made an effort to be more active on a global scale (like similar to Bloc Party for example).

I had an "indie friend" who showed me this song back then. The memories man..
That era of indie was flourishing with so many exhilarating acts. S*** was something else
