Thank you once again for this recommendation brother. I needed to see a good western movie it has been quite too long. Also shoutout @Elric for saying to watch the film.

Even if it is Neo western ( as Jim Jarmusch said in Q &a) it is still a masterpiece to me.

Yeah I know, Jim Jarmusch said in this q&a Neil said the next day he liked Jim’s idea better. I think the idea that was captured in dead man is epic & perfect the way it is but still neat to know. Kurt was gone at that time so he couldn’t be involved of course.

I truly was mesmerized and amazed brother I was going to ask if he scored anything else. That bums me out as well but wow can I say how much of a masterpiece this film was and the Neil Young score added a enchanted experience that was unmatched. This movie could end up being one of my favourite movies of all time.

I gotta say this film is captivating so far it truly has my attention, I am going to stay up and watch it.
And the Neil Young music is epic with the film. The guitar is just such an amazing match with this top notch cinematography. This film is epic.
This music in this film is top notch. I was glued to my sit this whole move. I did a couple pauses for food but I enjoyed this film a lot it was epic. I have 30 minutes left as I say this. So it’s probably going to be even better. But I thought I’d stop by to show my appreciate for this film !

He also has a classic with the same vibe in New Orleans starring Tom Waits called Down by Law and an Elvis-obsessed ensemble film from Memphis called Mystery Train one of the more music-centric directors. I also have a pretty cool Neil Young documentary he did called Year Of The Horse.

I have to admit the vibe felt very western to me throughout the whole movie, I was surprised when I watched the q&a he said that as well
It’s a masterpiece in my books. I’m so glad I decided to watch dead man. I recommend to anyone in here who has not saw.

I’ll start off with saying the score was amazing. I paused just to get my food and stopped into Weezer, just because my computer buffered.

Internet was acting up due to a bit of a storm here. but besides that no interruptions watched the whole movie and enjoyed every second of this masterpiece.

Also going to check out that q and a @op posted. @Elric @Ithaka thank you for this experience.

I am beyond grateful for the recommendation . Neil Young scoring this once again I will say marvellous movie. Beautiful music & cinematography the whole time.
