But if you’re a big fan of his, it’s probably worth watching to see for yourself what people are so up in arms about and decide for yourself how you feel about it all. If you don’t really give a f*** about him like that you can skip it, though.

Right. I’d agree that, that is probably the most worthy thing of being controversial in this special. I don’t exactly know their ideology though, so I can’t speak to the real severity of it. But if you watched the special he didn’t just say he aligns with TERF, full stop. He expounded on it, and made it pretty clear where he stands in regards to trans people.

Sure you can argue about how he defines gender, but I think that would be almost a separate issue, even though it relates to the bigger picture.
