Filming this month at the Lithuanian prison and surrounding locations which was used for the nuclear plant in HBO’s Chernobyl. Production will later return to Atlanta this Spring apparently.

Filming will wrap in August.

2021 christmas release?

They've done a Summer, Fall, and Winter release for the past three seasons. I'm thinking we get this Spring 2021. Not sure why their social media keeps saying stuff bout 2020 lol

Season 1 filmed from November 2015-April 2016 and released July 2016.
Season 2 filmed from November 2016-June 2017 and released October 2017.
Season 3 filmed from April 2018-November 2018 and released July 2019.
Season 4 officially begins filming this month and wraps in August, 7 months of filming - just like S3. If we assume post will follow suit of S3 too then May-ish 2021 would seem about right. Bit of a reach but people have theorised for months that perhaps S4 would link with the Chernobyl incident and now that they’re filming at the location HBO’s Chernobyl filmed maybe they release April 26th, 2021?
