This seasons tone was actually fire

Russia was a waste of budget, don't really understand why the group has to be separated the whole time, but still some cool s***. Eddie was grating that 1st episode, became cool, then it became obvious he was this seasons free kill, which pissed me off. Also we need a new finale for the finale, if I see eleven saunter into frame, yell and point her hand out 10 feet from the villain with a drop of blood running down her face, I'm done

Also, they should've actually killed max. Would've driven the point home crazy although she's one of the best

Eleven dying towards the end of the season, leaving the gang of non-super powered characters to fight Vecna alone

The latter is way more gangsta.

Really enjoyed this last season, probably even more than season 1 because I liked the final episode more than season 1. Still just such a fun series to binge and get invested in.

That being said, it’s still a bit unfortunate that it’s the Marvel of TV at times in terms of trying to make things too fun/silly at the expense of deeper reflection of these characters (not to say they don’t have ANY reflection though) and also having a lot of corny moments. But it is what it is.

They made phenomenal use of their budget, and I really enjoyed the longer episodes.

Also really wish they would have kept Eddie Munson. Feel like the actor was phenomenal (especially in the first episode) and it would have been nice to let him show some depth to the character.

I always expected them to make a spinoff about another lab kid, but then they ruined it with 008.

Honestly one of the best shows of all time

they went way too hard with the sappy emotional scenes for the S4 finale. took up a solid hour of that 2.5 hour runtime.
