So we're not allowed to criticize the police force in case we ever need to call the cops? Their entire job is to help us. If they're doing something different, that's a problem. We pay our taxes in exchange for their protection of our rights. Nowhere in our social contract does it say we have to let this stuff slide. Actually, it's the exact opposite according to Locke and Rousseau.
