I've been saying non-stop that last year would have been the perfect time to drop the (already-completed) MW2 remaster multiplayer

Easy good PR and an inexpensive drop that will do well enough to keep the financials ticking

Their whole Warzone integration and permanent move to a new engine would have been so much more streamlined, instead of spending a year going backwards with BOCW and now another very obviously rushed game in Vanguard

i think that mw2 remasters gonna be too outdated at this point

probably and the sticking point would have been what to do about next gen but redoing/touching that up couldn't have caused anywhere near the amount of internal mayhem that BOCW shambles did

Still can’t believe I played so much Cold War this year, considering how forgettable it was. Maybe because i haven’t touched cod in years, and this was a short lived Call of Duty phase for me, idk. Literally the only reason why I have the game is because I gameshare with a friend lol. I don’t think he’s copping Vanguard, but I know for a fact I’m not.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I only play zombies, because multiplayer was ass. I fell off zombies once they started to take longer releasing traditional maps. Onslaught is incredibly boring and outbreak gets really boring after awhile as well. I didn't even play the recent new map. I wish they just go back to not trying to make Zombies mainstream. It's losing its shine and they're trying to force unnecessary stuff on to the mode. I'm not getting Vanguard unless they give it to me for free.

Yeah, they could have just dropped MW2 remaster or any remaster. Hell let a game get a year 2 and let the developers of the other games get a breather. Everything just seems rushed now after MW 2019. Cold War shouldn't exist and vanguard shouldn't exist either.

Bro I hate operators. I think they're the worst thing to come to COD. The best thing about BO4 was that it actually had operators, but each character had a personality. Like Zero was my favorite to use because of her funny one liners. If they kept that kind of character line up then it would be fine.

Now we have silent operators that doesn't do anything special or say anything. Like you said, how can I be invested in a story where my friend has Samantha in a bathing suit in a cut scene with the real Samantha. its so stupid. Like just give me 4 characters and give them costumes. I also don't need the universal level gun system. If MP is trash 9 out of 10 I'm never touching it. If that's the reason why I can't have 4 unique characters than get rid of it.

My only complaint is that is seems that the prestige system is the same exact one from Cold War, and even thought I master prestiged every season and now am Prestige 27, I feel like I wasn’t awarded anything, would be dope if my prestige level carries over, if it doesn’t then I’ll just casually play vanguard since there’s really no incentive to master prestige every season

They still haven’t announced what the PS exclusive for this game, it’s already confirmed the regular zombies is like Outbreak or whatever CW did with the multiple map zombies mode, they prob haven’t announced what the PS exclusive is because they know there’s gunna be backlash
