I liked the multiplayer too and the 16 regular maps makes it really tempting. I’m just afraid I’ll get bored quickly. Campaign looks cool.

For the past 2 CoDs it’s barebones until December, November will be a tough month for the game as a whole, no battle pass, no zombies Easter egg, it’s gunna feel really broken until season 1 starts

Wait the maps are only from multiplayer maps?? There’s no regular zombie map?

so as of right now there are some things that have yet to officially be revealed to the public about zombies this year, so lemme fill you in per leaked gameplay.

perk tiers are back, each perk goes up to tier 4, can only be upgraded in-game and the tiers reset each match you play.

there is juggernog, speed cola, quick revive, deadshot, and stamin up (they all have different names and icons).

the covenants are your AAT or 2x ammo type, can hold up to 3.
you can start to exfil at round 5/6.
pack-a-punch has 3 tiers just like cold war, tier 1 starts at 7.5k points.

there are 3 objectives in the game right now, a holdout style type, one where you collect runes and deposit 5 of them into these towers 3 separate times (this also helps upgrade your field upgrade), and the escort.

there are 4 sub-maps in Der Anfang, Shi No Numa, Red Star, Hotel Royale, and the map with the windmill from the campaign.

there WILL be killstreaks, but as of pre day-one patch there isn’t any.

there are weapon rarities, as of now you can only get different rarities from the box and there isn’t a way to upgrade them (i’m guessing this is subject to change).

FOV slider for all consoles.

you complete the objectives in red star and the map opens up and eventually you’ll start getting portals to travel to other places like hotel royale.

loadouts return and your dark aether god associated with your field upgrade speaks to you during the match.

no round based maps in the game as of now.

I might be in the minority but I think they do too much now. I miss the old days when they didn’t have so much s*** involved in it. BO1 was peak zombies for me.

Only 3?? Lmao wtf. So multiplayer and campaign basically it. Warzone is really gonna carry the game again this year. It’s sad seeing the MP die. I remember playing the s*** out of MW2 and having fun at like 11 years old with literally a .50 KD. I had 9k kills and 18k deaths. The good ole days.

i wonder if cod will ever go free to play
