they crossed the finish line after the flag has been waived

The same symbol appears during races too, but at the end of the race for example it’ll show that sign first for someone who is like 5th place but someone who is 2nd place it doesn’t show

Cause if they are lapped their race will be done when the leader crosses the line. Once the leader crosses everyone races to the line as that’s the final lap, if you’re 2 laps down you don’t race another 2 laps.
