They delayed it cause of the rain, did 2 laps behind the safety car because 2 laps have to be completed for it to count as a "race", delayed it again, then canceled it. Since they technically "raced" before it got canceled everyone got half points and finished based on where they qualified. So that's why it counts as P1, P2 and P3 for Max, George and Lewis.
