I think bro is just checked out. He started the season knowing that Ferrari didn't want him anymore and was unsure where or if he was going to be in F1 next year. However. it's pretty much an open secret now that he's going to Aston Martin/Racing Point next year, the current Ferrari is s*** and the teams focus is on Charles. Seb is obviously being outperformed by Charles, but I also think Seb is kinda just coasting and not really giving it his all.

Last season they were mostly 50/50 on pace with a tenth splitting them at the most either way

On pace Leclerc has surpassed him in 2020, but still far too inconsistent. They're split on 2 races each out of the 4. Charles had 2 s*** races at Styria and at Hungary R1.
