out of curiosity, what's everyone's denomination and current prayer routine?

Catholic here praying the rosary daily and trying to do some parts of the Liturgy of the Hours

Christian. Only do the Lord’s Prayer since he already knows what I need before I even ask. No set time or routine but I at least make sure to do it daily

I’ve been working hard to try to purge my bad habits because I don’t want to let God down anymore.
It’s been slow, and I can’t try to do too many at once, otherwise I’ll fail at all of them, but I’m trying.
Every day is another chance to escape the toxicity that plagues us.
