Even if there is no crime if there is evidence of you thinking you committed a crime it's a crime. Your intent at the time pre during and post the crime is the men's rea. If another party (hells angels) contributes to your mens rea and your mental state in committing said crime, the other party can be charged for conspiracy to commit said crime.
