    Why would Drake think he committed a crime? A trick isn’t a crime

    What are you saying? Drake isn't thinking he's committing a crime drake knows he's committing a crime so he isn't recording lmaoo. And it's not even Drake committing this crime it's an organized ganger who's gonna have priors which means you're looking at heavier sentencing.

    Follow me here: if someone is a mole inducing/tricking someone to commit a crime qualifies the mental necessity (men's rea) for the intent to commit a crime. That's why he's not recording the committing of said crime which is the inducement of theft and fraud. For example You do know you can get arrested for selling oregano and thinking it's weed right? If your intent is to defraud someone it's a crime. If your intent is to sell weed that's also a crime cuz you intended to commit the crime despite not selling real weed. You guys are really so legally illiterate man. Watch the wire season 1 as a great example. Dealers can still get charged and booked for selling fake d**** to narcs.

    In this instance the crime being committed is theft. If I incite you to commit theft KNOWINGLY i am not only on the hook for conspiracy but you are also an accessory after the fact. The law isn't just letters and words bro 😂

    @BigSkinny man these mf's wouldn't last 10 seconds in criminal law 😭😭😭

    So what you’re telling me is that it’s illegal to supply Kendrick’s camp with items drake owned but Kendrick can legally falsely accuse Drake of being a pedophile?

    1) drakes not gonna sue lol

    2) you would have to prove that Kendrick KNOWINGLY INTENDED to defraud Drake. That standard for a public figure is even hedged further by stating

    "Public figure invasion of privacy

    Standard: The private facts are those that relate to a person's personal life that have not been published before, are not of legitimate public concern, and the publication of which would be offensive to a reasonable person."

    An attorney would not only have a very difficult time proving Kendrick didn't think this was real, but would also have a difficult case proving the information wasn't already published and wasn't of public concern. There are significant rules to reduce the chilling effect on first amendment rights. No plaintiffs attorney is winning that case. At best you're getting a negotiated settlement from the defendant (Kendrick).

    Coupled with the fact that the case would be extremely difficult, Drake would look like a b**** for months cuz the case would gain public traction. It's a dumb move optically and legally and I would advise my client against bringing forward the suit if he was drake.

    Hope this answered your question and I'll be sure to send you an invoice for $350 😁
