Abby appearently is actually trans, has extensive s\*\*\*scene with what appears to be a Neil Druckmann self-insert. There is a young trans man in the game, who is constantly misgendered and also violenty attacked by anti-LGBT antagonists who Ellie hunts.

EDIT: in the s\*\*\*scene abby has a somewhat flat chest. Abby being trans is never specifically mentioned but a lot of trans women ive talked to about this leak concur that the possibility of Abby being trans is very likely
