I feel like it had more to do with the autonomy of it all, most the people reporting it (including this thread) were running with headlines that made it seem definite, makes sense for an artist to not love that expectation to be built

I don't see why he'd have to do this because people figured out the title to his album before he announced it. Some people being aware of the title ahead of time changes nothing

NotmyfirstIdk about this case specifically but there was a thread on here calling Tyler out for taking too much credit on Igor when there’s a lot of sampling and literally hours later with no context he reposts the credits to igor on his Twitter

Tbh i feel like him calling it fake and then deleting the tweet was his way to stop pages from spreading the name of the album, then he deletes his tweet to erase any evidence of it until he ready to announce it

i’m saying he can become twice as big of a star, which still wouldn’t be stadium level, but would still be really massive considering how big of an artist he is.
he’s in such an interest space where there’s still more things he can achieve if he wants to. but if he retired, it would be a legendary career with massive once-in-a-lifetime successes in various industries
only ones that i could imagine doing a true stadium tour is kanye & jay or drake
