He runs teams down. Players the first year will accept him as a changer of culture and then by year 2 all that yelling and playing for 40+ minutes a night wears you down.

It's amazing Randle hasn't gone down with an injury for an extended amount of time. But I'm sure part of the reason Randle gasses out in the second half is because of all the minutes he has to play every game.
