SegaDreamFlashYeah I think in the case of Ne-Yo he was just being a hateful d***head. But yea I’m moreso in the case of transition whenever and do surgeries as an adult.
This whole subject is touchy though. I just feel like it should be handled with care and we shouldn’t brush kids off or just rush s*** either, especially when this experience would be different for each one involved

It's such a non factor in life and has no legit effects on anybody but that person. If they wanna try dressing different and it makes them happier in life then cool, if it doesn't work out then that's cool too they're still just trying to find their place.
We're at a place where politicians are running entire presidential campaigns on attacking these people, you don't have to lean into that by degrading them into a f***ing fish. Nobody is forcing these kids to do anything but be comfortable with themselves

Aug 8, 2023You know, the conversation on children transitioning is kind of a wild/interesting one in retrospect. To a certain extent, you can almost understand why some people are opposed to it in the sense of not being full educated on the procedure how it works, though on the other hand it begs the question of their feelings on medicating them for mental health issues such as depression/anxiety and how those are also come with effects that could mess up body development.
I appreciate the fact he wants to do more research on it, even if he has a presupposed biased coming into it.

I agree in general but it's ignorant to pretend that this won't have any tangible effect on people's lives beyond the individual. Any time the social strata undergoes a large shift there will be greater effects. That goes for everything. Whether or not those effects are good or bad is up to you and your beliefs. Nonetheless people shouldn't be attacked.
