the sooner we eliminate this charismatic leader/messiah hangup, the better. we all gotta become catalysts, s/o ella baker. besides i think ppl needa learn how to move in more clandestine ways and compartmentalize their political activity from their day to day lives. the very nature of contemporary state and corporate repression calls for no visible and identifiable leaders who are radicals.

I feel it and thats real but theres a lot of grey area between waiting on a superman and us as a people (proverbially) shooting down anyone who attempts to make any collective statement about the state of black people that isn’t necessarily a positive opinion
