Yeah but it wouldnt have been in it at the expense of some other games. There's this common misconception that things like smash reveals take time from other games when nintendo simply shows what they want to show in the directs. If mario rabbids reveal was in tuesday's Nintendo direct it would've been 15 minutes longer, its not like nintendo has a limit of how long their directs can be

Bruh Would (at least in part) help explain the Special Event with double-staffing that GameStop have planned for the 15th and 16th, even though that may be for something else as well. They say "New Nintendo Switch" two times in different places on that trade-in banner, so if it's bad wording then it's bad luck x 2, or the actual name of the next Switch. I'm still so confused though because from Nintendo's E3 announcement they made clear their presentation would be focused exclusively on software, so they couldn't reveal hardware there, right? Unless they reveal it tomorrow, GameStop might have had a mishap with that trade-in banner.

I've been expecting them to go with "New", but I would personally prefer "Pro". Then again, we may get both. New Nintendo Switch, and (as that one Amazon leak suggested) a New Nintendo Switch Pro. We could be getting two new models. The theory/claim has been mentioned here and there.
