I think people now are looking to deep into this switch pro stuff clearly it says put the $50 credit towards a new switch, switch lite, or Xbox Series X|S. I don't think they literally saying "New Nintendo Switch" basically saying put the credit to a new console

It even differentiates between the Nintendo Switch v1 (launch day Switch) and v2 (better battery version that came out after launch), listing Nintendo Switch (v1, v2) in the image as one of the systems you could trade in towards a New Nintendo Switch, so they surely seem to know that the Nintendo Switch (v1, v2), Switch Lite, and the New Nintendo Switch are all separate models. I think this is legit. Will probably be named New Nintendo Switch - at least one new model. Question is, if that trade-in offer is only valid between June 13 and June 19, Nintendo have to announce it asap, but they haven't, and their E3 announcement tweet said that their presentation would focus exclusively on Nintendo Switch software, which I interpret as "no hardware announcements".

New Nintendo Switch may be meant replace v1 and v2 this year, and then perhaps there could also be a New Nintendo Switch 'Pro' coming later.

Yeah, the date might be slightly off since a New Nintendo Switch hasn't been announced yet, but all the other information is right there on GameStop's official website. Also, the offer is not solely about trading in towards a New Nintendo Switch, but also towards a Switch Lite or Xbox Series S/X, so in a way it is still valid today, but so far only 'officially' for Switch Lite and Xbox Series S/X, until Nintendo pulls the trigger. Could be that New Nintendo Switch is getting announced in the next few days.

Smh I was doing perfectly fine and now this GameStop trade-in "leak" got me out here speculating about the new Switch again Not wasting more energy on that Switch Pro speculation ish. Nintendo hardware and Zelda leaks/rumors always make me speculate like crazy.

Even then, they put the extra 50$ credit thing for this "new nintendo switch" only making it a big deal but by the time nintendo would announce it there would be like 3 days left. Its more likely both new's shouldnt be capitalized
