Would buy whichever looks the best
I'd get the Pro version since it would offer better visuals and performance.

Idc about that stuff that much my eyes suck
Normal switch looks fine 2 me
If anyone hunts shiny Pokemon itt how hard do you think it would be for me to catch a shiny nickit
That's the only one I want
You should have went to the Pokemon thread. You could probably just breed for one if we're being honest. It'll probably be quicker.

I posted in there too
“New Nintendo Switch” confirmed or bad wording by Gamestop
https://www.gamestop.com/trade/
I think people now are looking to deep into this switch pro stuff clearly it says put the $50 credit towards a new switch, switch lite, or Xbox Series X|S. I don't think they literally saying "New Nintendo Switch" basically saying put the credit to a new console

It even differentiates between the Nintendo Switch v1 (launch day Switch) and v2 (better battery version that came out after launch), listing Nintendo Switch (v1, v2) in the image as one of the systems you could trade in towards a New Nintendo Switch, so they surely seem to know that the Nintendo Switch (v1, v2), Switch Lite, and the New Nintendo Switch are all separate models. I think this is legit. Will probably be named New Nintendo Switch - at least one new model. Question is, if that trade-in offer is only valid between June 13 and June 19, Nintendo have to announce it asap, but they haven't, and their E3 announcement tweet said that their presentation would focus exclusively on Nintendo Switch software, which I interpret as "no hardware announcements".
New Nintendo Switch may be meant replace v1 and v2 this year, and then perhaps there could also be a New Nintendo Switch 'Pro' coming later.
I like new Nintendo switch more than switch pro
Me too, sounds too much like ps4 pro

But if its valid from june 13th that offer would be useless right now since there is no "New Nintendo Switch" yet

Yeah, the date might be slightly off since a New Nintendo Switch hasn't been announced yet, but all the other information is right there on GameStop's official website. Also, the offer is not solely about trading in towards a New Nintendo Switch, but also towards a Switch Lite or Xbox Series S/X, so in a way it is still valid today, but so far only 'officially' for Switch Lite and Xbox Series S/X, until Nintendo pulls the trigger. Could be that New Nintendo Switch is getting announced in the next few days.
Smh I was doing perfectly fine and now this GameStop trade-in "leak" got me out here speculating about the new Switch again Not wasting more energy on that Switch Pro speculation ish. Nintendo hardware and Zelda leaks/rumors always make me speculate like crazy.

Even then, they put the extra 50$ credit thing for this "new nintendo switch" only making it a big deal but by the time nintendo would announce it there would be like 3 days left. Its more likely both new's shouldnt be capitalized
We just gotta be more patient they'll announce it eventually, everybody knows it exists

Exactly
At first I thought this GameStop ad wasn’t saying s*** and it was just people tryna look for things that aren’t there
BUT
The ad specifically points out the v1 and v2 Switch along with the Lite
And then keeps saying “New Nintendo Switch” in multiple spots
GameStop for sure let it out of the bag early
Though I still don’t think the “New Nintendo Switch” will have the up-res 4K or OLED
Don’t think it’ll be as pro as we hope
Just saying. Keep your expectations low
Also, I def think it’s still possible that the New Nintendo Switch could still be shown at E3
Nintendo always has those surprised when they say they’ll do one thing
Pretty sure I remember Nintendo saying in tweets about directs that they would only focus on that year and nothing beyond but then have some surprises of the year after
Crazy how a capitalized "N" on a GameStop ad can be the root of so much speculation. Could be a stunt from GameStop to generate clicks at this point man Idk. I'm done with the hardware speculation for now lol. My focus is on Tuesday. @Nozuka @Stardust
Facts. Gamestop got us f***ed up rn
I feel you. There’s nothing left to speculate
All that’s left is to wait for Nintendo to announce whatever “New Nintendo Switch” is
Also I wonder if the Mario Odyssey team has ONLY been working on this rumored DK game....
BOTW is getting a sequel. Where’s Odyssey 2?
Im predicting Odyssey 2 at E3
botw2 and metroid prime 4 are rumored to be the main focus of the show
with closer looks at previously announced titles like splatoon, Pokémon, etc.
not much room for Mario plus the golf game incoming and we just got like 3 new Mario games in the past year
