Before Pacino?
pacino is gonna be in supporting, and tbh it's not looking good for him. he's getting snubbed in a lot of places, people seem to be liking pesci more.
Don’t know why people are hyped for this film, it’s another Noah Baumbach movie. That guy is so vanilla.

Is this s*** really that sad? Trailer made this seem like light weight comedy
far from a comedy

Yeah it‘s tough to watch
far from a comedy
Wasn’t thinking it was but the trailer seemed light hearted. Was expecting the trailer to be some dark depressing looking s*** lol.
Is it just basically a movie about a couple going through divorce?

S*** is so unfair Pacino outdid Pesci but he's been out of the game so any return of his was gonna get more love.
Quality wise tho Pacino deserves it
Just finished watching it (wish I caught it in theaters, but eh, no suitable showtimes). Great movie and maybe Baumbach's most mature one imo
Loveeed this. Didn't even want it to end. Adam and Scarlett deserve a lot for these performances

Wouldn't exactly say sad. Just ugly at points cus it digs straight at the divorce process and how their relationship changed with it. Some sad scenes for sure but mostly just a reality for a s*** ton of people. Processed wasn't overdramatized at all and handled great imo
