Indictment was never going to be successful and nor was it justified. Hence why the FBI recommended no charges. I think their official summary was that she was guilty of carelessness, not gross negligence, nor was there an intent to harm US interests.

In regards to this administration there's copious cases of irrefutable evidence they've been building the last 4 years.
