A fat man is never gonna get the level of support women are on Twitter for being fat. No one is gonna hoodwink women into wanting a fat man and society isn’t gonna cuddle him into thinking he’s fine just the way he is.

He’s expected to get his ass in a gym and on a diet (rightfully so) and build the body he wants

It’s sad that fat unhealthy women live vicariously through fat celebs but when they lose weight for health reasons they start to hate.

Shorty who Lizzo linked sells supplements and detox stuff. The weight loss industry thrives off people who think they need these things when they don’t. I think that’s what she means by “toxic diet culture”

I think they’re mad at her messaging but what do they expect. Yes fat people are beautiful but if you workout, eat healthy or start to feel good you went to tell o here how amazing it feels.

Only mediocre girls who should be in the gym get mad at the fat celebrity with a Jenny Craig deal.

But then let that same celeb lose weight ala Adele, and those same "supporters" take it as an attack on fat ppl and "selling out"

There’s truth to this tho, I know it seems silly but the dietician she’s promoting is probably a snake oil salesman. All the extra stuff is dumb and Hollywood, it’s not that complicated to eat better and exercise, these overboard “detox cleanse” things are questionable and not for everyone
