It’s all cute and s*** now till AI can make its own decisions and it build a whole army of them without our permission and uses them to control us. They seriously need to take this behind the barn and shoot it.
Like even if apocalyptic outcomes isn’t the concern, what about putting EVERYBODY out of a job and you know damn well the government won’t give a damn until it’s too late.
AI is gonna destroy jobs at a much faster rate than ever known before and a much faster rate than job creation. Not everybody can be or is even intelligent enough to be an ai engineer/developer. Every other job will be rendered obsolete. In a perfect world, government would pay us to live because of this, but they won’t. 90% of the population gonna be in poverty.
