These 'social laws' are being passed as a distraction when they should be focusing on taking on everything that solidly red states are trying to do and gaining over the likeness of moderates and independents. Just saying, this focus on this other stuff is a waste of energy and so not needed right now. Fix the other problems, THEN focus on the minor things.
