Never seen Solo
not that bad, disney wise id rank it behind rogue one and the mandalorian, maybe TFA too.
because it flopped they axed all the other movies we were supposed to get
Eh I just don’t think it was essential. Honestly I feel like Han would’ve benefited from a series we dont actually know much about his past so I feel like a show would’ve fit him much better. I would def tune into something like that
hell nah, you'd have faith they'd do a han solo show properly with the s*** storm surrounding this show and how dogshit book of boba fett was? we don't need any more shows, period lol.
anything thats a disney plus series is right off the bat most likely going to be lower quality than what you would get in an actual movie. only reason i say most likely and not 100% certainty is because they fumbled the sequels so bad, some of the disney plus s*** actually ended up surpassing it.

I don’t have faith in Disney period lol. Ideally tho I think Han would’ve benefited from a show instead of a movie
already better ideas left on the table

Agreed on that. Han should’ve been a show and this should’ve been the movie

Han was one of the most expensive movies of all time overhated tbh I really want a sequel and I'm never gonna get it

Tbh I ain’t even hating as I’ve never seen it Just think roles reversed Obi-Wan would’ve been better served as a movie/trilogy
The way this guy says Vader
This line dripping with evil charisma
Makes sense he is a stage actor and you have to have a certain type of commitment to pull that stuff off

Honestly this is facts. I feel like the general nature of Han's backstory could've been told a lot better episodically - basically going on various missions / adventures where he's getting hired out for jobs and making enemies / a name for himself as a smuggler. Annnnndddd I think Obi-Wan's story for this set of first interactions with Vader after ten years could've been captured way better with a high-budget movie.
Damn. They really fumbled that.

Facts
Someone took the show, edited it to a 2.5 hr movie, and apparently made it much better
Forget the CGI and writing but from a pacing and editing standpoint it’s apparently a vast improvement
Might watch this weekend

Do you or does anyone have links to a copy after they have taken it down.
Kal Penn was actually a pretty good casting for that role lol
Are you presenting Kal as an alternative?
Because that wasn’t Kal Penn in the show, that was Kumail Nanjiani
