Nah, James Earl Jones will do the voice. But I don't see why they would cast Hayden if they arent gonna show his face in any capacity. They could have easily got the Rogue One guy and make another foam model of burned Anakin in a tank

Part of me doesn’t like that Obi Wan might interact with Luke and Leia. It kind of ruins the mystery of who Ben Kenobi really is to Luke and Leia in the original film imo
