what is this reffering to?
what is this reffering to?
I think he referring to the criticism that the PT duels weren't "real" enough or some s***. "Too fast" "too choreopgraphed" type things
Which is always been goofy to me given these are super powered beings who are supposed to be in their bag in this period compared to the novices of the OT and ST era

The Jedi were damn near wuxia niggas in the prequel trilogy, like on strings. That was hard, I'd like to see a return to that
The newer movies didn't have that

Certainly there’s a middle ground. PT had so many wasted movements and nonsensical clashes. OT had me feeling like I could whoop vader and obi wan’s ass with 3 days of fence training
Them shooters coming after him soon leaking that hes a jedi
Already a classic
And they fact we finna see Hayden in this
Gonna literally cry when Hayden on screen
So then I talked to director Deborah Chow and we had a great conversation. And the character sounded awesome — I was so excited about this character. We haven’t seen this exact thing in Star Wars yet. This is like a new version of a type of Star Wars character we’ve seen before...
...Then there was this weird moment where I’m talking to Ewan and they yell “Action,” and he’d started talking to me, and I was like, “Oh, I’m talking to Obi-Wan right now. This is not Ewan McGregor. This is Obi-Wan Kenobi that I’m talking to.” My character is supposed to be a little bit intimidated by him, and I was a little bit intimidated. You know, it’s f***ing Obi-Wan, what are you gonna do?
The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Kenobi faced his greatest defeat, the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker turned evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.
No Mace Windu?
